Refund & Returns Policy

At Gamerzflex, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services with instant delivery. Since all items sold are digital codes, subscriptions, and services, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the business.

1. 📌 General Policy

  • All sales of digital codes, gift cards, subscriptions, and software keys are considered final and non-returnable once delivered.
  • Because these are digital goods, they cannot be physically returned.

2. ✅ Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you were charged twice for the same order.
  2. Non-Delivery – If you did not receive your digital product within the maximum delivery timeframe (12 hours) and our support team is unable to provide proof of delivery.
  3. Incorrect Product Sent – If we delivered the wrong digital code/service (different from what was ordered).

3. 🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the digital code/product was delivered successfully to your email/WhatsApp.
  • If the code/service has already been redeemed, activated, or used.
  • If you purchased a region-locked product that is incompatible with your account/country.
  • If you entered incorrect details (wrong email, wrong WhatsApp, wrong region).
  • “Change of mind” or personal preference after delivery.

4. ⚡ Refund Process

  • You must provide your Order ID, Transaction ID, and proof of issue (e.g., screenshot of error message).
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. 🛡️ Customer Responsibility

  • Please check product details (region, compatibility, and validity) before purchase.
  • Ensure you enter the correct email and WhatsApp number at checkout.
  • Keep your digital codes safe after delivery — we cannot reissue lost or stolen codes.
