Welcome to Gamerzflex. By accessing or using our website (www.gamerzflex.in) and purchasing our products/services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. 🛒 Services Offered

  • Gamerzflex provides digital goods and services such as gaming gift cards, digital codes, subscriptions, and software keys.
  • All products are delivered electronically only (via email or WhatsApp).
  • Delivery is generally instant (within 5–30 minutes) but may take up to 12 hours in exceptional cases.

3. 💳 Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before delivery.
  • We accept payments through trusted third-party payment providers (Payoneer, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Gamerzflex does not store your card or financial details.

4. 🚚 Delivery of Digital Products

  • Orders are delivered digitally to the email/WhatsApp number provided by the customer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and valid contact details.
  • Once delivered, the customer is responsible for safekeeping the code/product.

5. 🔄 Refunds & Returns

  • All sales of digital products are final.
  • Refunds are only provided in limited cases, such as duplicate payments, non-delivery, or incorrect product sent (see our Refund Policy for details).
  • No refunds will be issued once a code/service has been delivered successfully and/or redeemed.

6. 🌍 Region & Compatibility

  • Some products may be region-locked (restricted to certain countries).
  • Customers must check compatibility before purchase. Gamerzflex will not be responsible for wrong purchases due to region issues.

7. ⚠️ Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Gamerzflex services for:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Resale without permission.
  • Illegal purposes, including money laundering or unauthorized trading.

  • Gamerzflex will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misuse once a product has been delivered successfully.
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers or service downtime.

9. 🔒 Account & Security

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their order/account details.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
